Raised in the West San Fernando Valley, and a graduate of Chatsworth High School in 1986, I have 17 years of bilingual experience in mortgage and real estate, including four years as a Top Producing Short Sale Negotiator for Bank of America. My negotiation skills are top notch, and I have worked with many notable agents in the industry, which is key in getting offers accepted and deals closed for my sellers and buyers. I have two amazing sons, one who is a U.S. Marine Veteran, and my younger son who is a CSUN graduate.
